Your accidental death coverage gives you worldwide, 24-hour protection against the financial impact of a variety of accidental deaths. Coverage applies in your car, at home, on the job, on vacation, when hunting or target shooting – anywhere you might be. Cash benefits are paid REGARDLESS of any other coverage you might have through work or personal policies.

Monthly rates shown do not include administrative fees: $3.50 for direct bill, $3.00 for credit card payments, or $1.25 for automatic checking withdrawal.

No. These benefits are extended to you on a guaranteed-issue basis. There is no long form with complicated health questions. No medical exam is required.

As a Member – you are GUARANTEED ACCEPTANCE in this accidental death program – regardless of your health history, current occupation or hobbies.

You will have a no obligation 30-day “Free Look” Period. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’ll cancel your coverage and refund any premium you’ve paid, as long as you haven’t made any claims.

Your Accidental Death coverage starts the first day of the month after your enrollment form and first premium payment are received by the Plan Administrator.

You can’t be singled out for cancellation or premium increase due to health or job changes. Your coverage continues as long as you pay premiums on time and the Master Policy remains in force.

Benefits will not be paid for intentionally self-inflicted injuries, suicide, war, military combat, sickness/disease, certain aircraft activities, intoxication, drug use, or professional racing.
